St. John Lutheran Church is named for Jesus’ disciple John, and we focus on his themes of grace and truth, love, and life in Jesus.
As an Evangelical Lutheran congregation, we share the Good News of peace and life with God. Through Jesus, God declares us righteous with him, so we trust that he helps, heals, strengthens, and provides. We look to Jesus for salvation and deliverance from the heartache and evil of this world, with the peace and joy of heaven to come. We live out Jesus’ love in our everyday relationships and want to share his message of salvation with the people in our lives.
For over 53 years, our congregation has supported a Lutheran preschool and grade school, teaching children the love of God in Jesus and the wonders of his creation.
Bible-Teaching Church
We share God’s word. We believe every word of the Bible is God’s perfect Word, completely true, and the only foundation and authority for Christian faith and life.
Christ-Teaching Church
We focus on Jesus Christ, our crucified and risen Savior. He saves us from sin, and he saves all people. This is the message we proclaim because it’s the message God gives us to share. In Jesus, you’ll find God’s love, power, and promise for today and for forever.
People-Teaching Church
